Deejay Bullock, Community Relations Manager of Four Pillars said back in June 2020 “As COVID-19 wreaks havoc across the globe, we have tried to adapt our services, as a local charity, to help those in need through the crisis and have been looking forward at the kind of support individuals will need in the future. As if things weren’t bad enough, we were informed on Friday that the Market Village has gone into administration. Aberdeen Market is our home, where over 100 people a month access our services. Over the past 14 months Four Pillars have put over £5,000 into the hub, making it look and feel comfortable, secure and safe for our clientele. We now need to find a new home and urgently”.
That new home opens this weekend at 33 Regent Quay Aberdeen, Scotland AB11 5BE.
“We are looking forward to welcoming new and old customers through our doors again. And we really hope you like the new Hub on Regent Quay. So whatever your reasons are, whether mental, emotional, physical, or sexual health advice, information & support we are here for you. Online, on the phone, and from the 1st May in the Hub.”
“There’s also our 4pride shop, which offers a range of essential pride merchandise, as well as exclusive T-Shirts designed by local artist, Hello Radical, and other pride products for the whole family.”
“Our support and social groups will also run from the new hub on Regent Quay.”
